Base Material

Adopts an all-steel integrated structure, with Q235 grade cold-rolled steel plate as the core. The upper steel plate is 0.6-0.7mm thick and the lower steel plate is 0.5-0.6mm thick, both treated with phosphating and spraying for rust prevention. The cavity is filled with high-density silicate foamed cement (E0 grade environmental protection), and the edges are bent and welded for reinforcement, taking into account load-bearing, moisture-proof and sound insulation performance.

Decoration Surface

Two types of surfaces are available, both meeting anti-static standards (surface resistance 1.0×10⁶~1.0×10⁹Ω), suitable for different scenarios.

PVC Anti-static Decoration Surface (1.2mm thick)

It has a comfortable foot feel, temperature difference resistance and easy cleaning, with high cost performance. Suitable for scenarios with limited budget and light load (such as general computer rooms and electronic workshops).

HPL Anti-static Decoration Surface (1.0mm thick)

Formed by high-pressure pressing, it has a wear resistance of ≥ 6500 revolutions, scratch resistance and fire rating B1. Suitable for equipment-intensive and high-demand scenarios (such as data centers and precision laboratories).

Support Structure

Equipped with an all-steel adjustable support system. The grid frame is composed of brackets (Q235 cold-rolled steel, adjustable 100-300mm) and galvanized steel beams (wall thickness ≥1.2mm). It is matched with special grounding copper strips and conductive accessories to ensure unobstructed grounding and stable structure.

Assembly

Modular assembly, no welding or glue required, operable by a single person. First fix the brackets and beams, then lay the floor to ensure the conductive edge strips fit and the grounding meets the standard. It can be disassembled and replaced individually, with efficient construction and convenient maintenance.

Material Structure Description

The structure features a fully steel enclosure with high-quality foamed cement, HPL/PVC, or ceramic (fused glass) cladding. The base utilizes St14 tension plates, while the surface employs SPCCID hard steel plates (all sourced from Shanghai Baosteel), with conductive edge strips for perimeter reinforcement. Supports are manufactured through steel plate die-casting, and the screw rod height is adjustable. Crossbeams are fabricated from 21*32 square tubes.
