Base Material

Core Material: High‑density calcium sulphate composite panel (natural gypsum powder reinforced with non‑toxic plant fiber, formed by pulse pressing), density 1500–1700kg/m³, formaldehyde‑free & Class A non‑combustible.

Bottom Cover: 0.4–0.5mm galvanized steel sheet, moisture‑proof, anti‑corrosive & enhances structural strength.

Standard Specification: 600×600×32mm (35mm heavy‑duty type optional), high dimensional accuracy & interchangeability.

Edge Treatment: 2.0–2.5mm conductive PVC strips embedded around, sealing against moisture & ensuring overall anti‑static conductivity.

Decoration Surface

Standard Finish: Imported high‑wear‑resistant anti‑static HPL laminate (melamine fireproof board), surface resistance 10⁶–10⁹Ω, wear‑resistant, stain‑resistant & easy to clean.

Optional Finishes: Conductive anti‑static PVC veneer, ceramic tile, square carpet, suitable for data centers, offices & cleanrooms.

Surface Properties: Soft light, anti‑slip, fireproof, moisture‑proof, sound insulation (NRC ≥ 0.7) & comfortable underfoot.

Edge Sealing: PVC injection molding for edge protection, preventing wear & improving integrity & sealing.

Support Structure

Supports: All‑steel adjustable pedestals (galvanized/electrostatic sprayed), height adjustable 100–300mm (customizable to 1000mm+), verticality deviation ≤ 1‰.

Stringers: Steel square tube stringers (25×25×1.2mm), bolted to pedestals to form grid frames, enhancing lateral resistance & overall stability.

Accessories: Pedestals with rubber shock‑absorbing pads to reduce vibration & noise; fixed with special M6 screws between stringers & panels for robust structure.

Load Capacity: 32mm standard — concentrated load ≥ 3530N (360kg), uniform load ≥ 16180N/m² (1650kg/m²); 35mm heavy‑duty — concentrated load ≥ 4410N (450kg), uniform load ≥ 23040N/m² (2350kg/m²).

Assembly

Subfloor Preparation: Clean & level the ground; mark layout with laser level, pedestal spacing ≤ 600mm (≤ 400mm in heavy‑load areas).

Pedestal Installation: Fix adjustable pedestals, level uniformly, install bottom shock‑absorbing pads to ensure horizontal & vertical accuracy.

Stringer Assembly: Bolt steel stringers to pedestals to form regular grid frames; check diagonal deviation (≤ 3mm per 10m).

Panel Installation: Embed calcium sulphate anti‑static panels into stringer grids, fix with edge clips & special screws to ensure flat splicing.

Commissioning & Cabling: Adjust floor flatness, route power & data cables in the raised space, complete installation & acceptance.
