Base Material

Main Material: High-quality Q235 grade cold-rolled steel plate, ensuring structural strength and durability.

Layer Details: Top plate thickness 0.6-0.7mm, bottom plate thickness 0.5-0.6mm, filled with high-density foamed cement for better load-bearing and sound insulation.

Surface Treatment: Phosphating and anti-static plastic spraying process, effectively preventing rust and corrosion, and enhancing the service life of the floor.

Decoration Surface

Surface Material: High-grade anti-static ceramic tile surface, high hardness and wear resistance.

Key Features: Scratch-resistant, easy to clean, non-slip, and the surface is not easy to fade after long-term use.

Fire Rating: Class A1 (non-combustible), fully complying with national and international fire safety standards.

Anti-static Performance: Surface resistance ranges from 1.0×10⁶ to 1.0×10⁹Ω, with stable and durable anti-static effect, effectively releasing static electricity.

Support Structure

Bracket: All-steel adjustable bracket, with adjustable height ranging from 100mm to 300mm, suitable for different raised height requirements.

Bracket Material: Q235 cold-rolled steel, treated with hot-dip galvanizing to improve rust and corrosion resistance.

Base Design: Large-diameter non-slip base, enhancing the stability of the bracket and preventing tilting.

Cross Beam: Galvanized steel square tube cross beam, firmly connected with the bracket to form a stable grid, ensuring uniform load distribution.

Assembly

Installation Method: Modular assembly, simple and efficient, no special complex tools required.

Pre-installation Preparation: Level the ground (flatness ≤2mm/㎡) and lay grounding copper strips to ensure the anti-static effect.

Installation Steps: First install the brackets, then assemble the cross beams, lay the floor tiles, and finally adjust the levelness to ensure the overall flatness of the floor.

Maintenance Advantage: Easy to disassemble and replace single floor tile, reducing maintenance cost and improving maintenance efficiency.
