Base Material

Top Panel: SPCC high‑quality cold‑rolled hard steel plate (Baosteel material), thickness ≥ 0.7mm.

Bottom Panel: ST14 stretched steel plate, thickness ≥ 0.7mm.

Core Infill: Lightweight foamed cement, enhancing structural strength, sound insulation and fire resistance.

Overall Process: Steel plates are formed by stamping, stretching and spot welding; surface treated with phosphating and electrostatic spraying for anti‑corrosion.

Specification: Standard 500×500×28mm, with corner lock holes at four corners for easy fixing and assembly.

Decoration Surface

Standard Finish: Imported high‑wear‑resistant melamine fireproof board (HPL), wear‑resistant, anti‑static, anti‑pollution and easy to clean.

Optional Finishes: PVC anti‑static veneer, square carpet, suitable for different office scenarios and decoration styles.

Edge Treatment: Conductive strips embedded around to ensure overall anti‑static performance and beautiful splicing.

Surface Properties: Soft light, waterproof, fireproof, dustproof, meeting the requirements of modern office and computer room environments.

Support Structure

Supports: All‑steel adjustable supports, anti‑corrosive with galvanizing/electrostatic spraying; height adjustable from 35–200mm to adapt to different raised heights.

Stringers: Steel square tube stringers, bolted to supports to form a stable frame, improving overall lateral resistance and load‑bearing capacity.

Accessories: Supports equipped with shock‑absorbing pads at the bottom to reduce vibration and noise; fixed with special screws between stringers, supports and floor panels for stable structure.

Load Capacity: Concentrated load ≥ 2950N, uniform load ≥ 12500N/m², ultimate load ≥ 8850N, meeting heavy‑load requirements of offices and computer rooms.

Assembly

Base Preparation: Clean the ground to ensure flatness and no debris; mark support installation positions.

Support Installation: Install adjustable supports according to the layout, adjust to a uniform height, and fix shock‑absorbing pads.

Stringer Assembly: Connect steel stringers to supports with bolts to form a square grid frame, ensuring levelness and squareness.

Floor Panel Installation: Embed all‑steel OA floor panels into the stringer grid, and fix them to supports/stringers with screws through corner lock holes at four corners.

Cabling & Commissioning: Arrange power and data cables in the raised space; adjust floor flatness to complete overall installation.
