Anti-static Color Steel Plate for Data Centers & Computer Rooms

This anti-static color steel plate adopts a high-strength sandwich composite structure specially developed for data centers and server rooms, with stable performance, long service life and strong environmental adaptability. The front and back panels are made of high-quality galvanized color-coated steel sheets, which feature high rigidity, flatness, scratch resistance and corrosion resistance. The surface is treated with a special anti-static coating, ensuring surface resistance stays stably within 1.0×10⁶ ~ 1.0×10⁹ Ω to safely dissipate static electricity and protect precision electronic equipment from static damage.

The core material is made of Class A non-combustible rock wool or high-density magnesium oxide board, providing excellent fireproof performance, sound insulation, heat insulation and shock absorption. The overall thickness can be customized to 50mm, 75mm or 100mm to meet different structural and thermal requirements. The edge is sealed and reinforced with professional profiles, effectively preventing moisture, dust and deformation, maintaining long-term flatness and stability.

The product is equipped with a matching light steel keel system for modular dry-hanging installation, requiring no welding or glue. It supports fast construction, reserved cable passages, maintenance openings and device interfaces. Single panels can be disassembled and replaced individually, greatly improving construction and maintenance efficiency.
